You've placed your order, now what? All domestic U.S. orders will ship within 1-3 business day(s) via UPS Ground, USPS Priority or First Class (depending on the weight). Most orders will arrive within 3-4 business days (maximum 7 days depending on the region & USPS). You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Orders under $75.00 will ship at flat rate of $5.
If you cannot locate your package, we first recommend you reach out to the postal office with the tracking number for the item. Majority of the times the package is delivered at a wrong location and could easily be resolved. If you are not satisfied for any reason and wish to return the item(s), items can be returned within 14 business days (minus the shipping cost) for STORE CREDIT in the form of a gift card. WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED?
For defective items, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or cannot be returned. If we have the same item in stock, we will ship the new item at no cost. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you the amount. Return shipping for damaged item(s) will be covered by Dash of Pink.
