At Dash of Pink, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason and wish to return the item(s), items can be returned within 14 business days (minus the shipping cost) for STORE CREDIT.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item, and let us know the reason and which item(s) you'd like to return. Once we receive the email we will send you the address where you can ship your items.
Return package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order (return shipping will be responsible by the customer).
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
- All sale items are FINAL SALE & CANNOT be returned
- Item(s) cannot be returned if it’s postmarked AFTER 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order
- Jewelry & intimates CANNOT be returned
- Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, free of smoke/perfume odor, makeup, any stains and pet dander/hair, and original tags still intact (if applicable)
- Items purchased with store credit from previous returns CANNOT be returned the second time
- Reward $ used will not be refunded (if it was used for more than 1 item in an order, it will be prorated)
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the item(s) returned to you (shipping cost will be charged).
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24-48 business hours of receiving your return. Return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED?
For defective items, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or cannot be returned. If we have the same item in stock, we will ship the new item at no cost. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you the amount. Return shipping for damaged item(s) will be covered by Dash of Pink.
