RETURN POLICY

At Dash of Pink, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason and wish to return the item(s), items can be returned within 14 business days (minus the shipping cost) for STORE CREDIT in the form of a gift card. Please note we do NOT exchange products as our inventory changes quickly. Most of our customers receive store credit and re-purchase items.

RETURN PROCESS:

First, check to see if your item(s) is eligible for return (If they do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the item(s) returned to you and you will be invoiced for the shipping cost to ship the returns back to you):

1. Item must NOT be a SALE ITEM (will be subject to 20% restocking fee if returned without notice)

2. Return must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the delivered date

3. Jewelry, intimates, beauty collection, and pre-orders are NOT eligible for return

4. Item must be in NEW CONDITION & UNWORN

5. Item must be free of smoke/perfume/body odor, makeup and deodorant stains, pet dander/hair, and original tags still intact

6. Items purchased with store credit from previous returns CANNOT be returned the second time

7. Reward $ used will not be refunded (if it was used for more than 1 item in an order, it will be prorated) 

 

TO REQUEST A RETURN:

Please email contact@dashofpink.co within 7 days of receiving the item, and let us know the reason and which item(s) you'd like to return. Once we receive the email we will send you the address where you can ship your items.

Return package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order (return shipping will be responsible by the customer).

    We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

     

    RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

    You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24-48 business hours of receiving your return. Return will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

     

    WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED?

    For defective items, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or cannot be returned. If we have the same item in stock, we will ship the new item at no cost. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you the amount. Return shipping for damaged item(s) will be covered by Dash of Pink.
