At Dash of Pink, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason and wish to return the item(s), items can be returned within 14 business days (minus the shipping cost) for STORE CREDIT in the form of a gift card. Please note we do NOT exchange products as our inventory changes quickly.
First, check to see if your item(s) is eligible for return (If they do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the item(s) will be returned to you. You will be invoiced for the shipping cost to ship the returns back to you. If we do not receive the payment within 3 business days, returned items will be donated):
- Item must not be a sale item (will be subject to 20% restocking fee if returned without notice)
- Jewelry, beauty collection, and intimates (including bralettes and swimwear) are not eligible for return
- Item must be unworn & in new condition
- Item must be free of smoke/perfume/body odor, makeup and deodorant stains, pet dander/hair, and original tags still intact
- Items purchased with store credit from previous returns CANNOT be returned the second time
- Reward $ used will not be refunded (if it was used for more than 1 item in an order, it will be prorated)

Return package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order (return shipping will be responsible by the customer).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24-48 business hours of receiving your return. You will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card, within 5-7 business days (to the email address associated with your order).
WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED?
For defective items, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or cannot be returned. If we have the same item in stock, we will ship the new item at no cost. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you the amount. Return shipping for damaged item(s) will be covered by Dash of Pink.
